About the Role
You’ll be working as part of a dynamic incident response team, handling:
- Home emergency calls requiring instant remedy and coordination
- Property damage claims that may escalate to full insurance claims
- Customer support throughout the initial claims process
- Multi-stakeholder communication with policyholders, insurers, and contractors
Your role is crucial in providing reassurance and practical support to customers when they need it most.
Working Hours & Flexibility
We’re recruiting for various shift patterns to suit different lifestyles:
- Full-time flexi shifts: 7-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- Core hours: Between 8am – 8pm, Monday to Sunday
- Advance notice: Shift patterns provided at least 6 weeks in advance
- Need to be able to start 1 May

Essential Skills & Experience
What You Need Now:
- Customer service experience in an office environment – min 2 years
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written in English
- Ability to interact professionally with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and various stakeholders
- Calm and composed approach to handling customers in stressful situations
- Strong listening skills and empathy
