About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Administrator to join our team at GAP Consulting. With a strong background in the Financial or Audit Industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s secretarial functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company information
  • Assist in preparing and filing annual returns and beneficial ownership filings
  • Manage company secretarial matters related to close corporations and trusts
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and the board of directors
  • Utilize GreatSoft software to manage company information

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Company Secretarial Administrator in the Financial or Audit Industry
  • Relevant Tertiary Education required (Company Secretary Diploma)
  • Proficient in MS Office essential
  • Strong knowledge of CIPC processes, Company Law, Close Corporation and Trust Law, Beneficial Ownership filings, Annual Returns, MOI amendments

Qualifications

  • Completed Company Secretary Diploma
  • Relevant Tertiary Education (if applicable)
