About the Role

GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Administrator to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of their companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain company records, minutes, and resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage and coordinate correspondence, meetings, and events
  • Provide billing and accounts payable services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Company Secretarial Administrator in the Financial or Audit Industry
  • Company Secretary Diploma | Relevant Tertiary Education required
  • Proficient in MS Office essential
  • Billing experience required
  • Contactable references and payslips required

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certification (Company Secretary Diploma) is preferred, but not mandatory.
