About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team at PRO Personnel Employment Agency in the Western Cape region. As a key member of our property transfer team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end transfers, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing property transfers from instruction to registration
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and relevant stakeholders
- Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documents
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Handling high-volume files efficiently and accurately
Requirements
- Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
- Proven experience in property transfers (end-to-end)
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and systems
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
Salary & Benefits
- R35 000 – R40 000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
- Commission-driven structure with strong earning potential
