About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist to join Kinesis Holdings, where you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, managing eCommerce platforms, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns – SEO, PPC, social media.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  • Support eCommerce platform management including uploading content and managing product listings on sites such as Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, Shein, Temu.
  • Handle product imagery and data for e-commerce platforms, across different brands.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance and web traffic metrics.
  • Assist in customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing material.
  • Perform SEO and PPC activities to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10 and Amazon Brand Analytics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce product listing and optimisation role
  • Proven track record of increasing product visibility and sales
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Helium 10 and Amazon Brand Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent copy writing skills for compelling product descriptions
  • Experience with TikTok Shop and other emerging platforms is a plus!
