Job Summary
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress etc. is essential
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or any web-based website creation tool and web development principles is advantageous
- SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identifying and targeting key audiences with engaging, conversion-driven campaigns.
- Collaborating closely with the wider marketing team to ensure alignment across channels.
- Managing and maintaining the WordPress website, ensuring performance, security, and brand consistency.
- Updating themes and plugins and troubleshooting any issues.
- Optimizing the site for user experience and conversion rates.
- Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices.
- Managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
- Monitoring campaign performance, providing insights, and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Working with the marketing team to support content planning and execution across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Tracking performance using Google Analytics and other platforms.
- Generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights.
- Evaluating campaign effectiveness continuously and suggesting data-driven improvements.
- Liaising with external agencies and freelancers as needed to support campaign execution and technical projects.
