About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Operations Supervisor to join our team in Western Cape, Swellendam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to promote our products or services in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase sales in the assigned territory
- Conduct market research to identify target audience, market trends, and competitors’ activities
- Plan and execute promotional events, product demonstrations, and other field activities to engage customers and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and marketing, to align on messaging and campaign goals
- Track and analyze campaign performance, provide regular reporting, and make recommendations for optimization
Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Equivalent
- 2 years experience in FMCG
- Computer Literacy
