REQUIREMENTS:
- French and English-speaking proficiency
- Bachelor`s degree preferred
- SAICA member registration preferred
- Knowledge of accounting
- Fair level of Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
DUTIES:
- Set up payments for expenses related to customer staff assignments
- Access banks to prepare payments for validation by headquarters
- Receive and process supplier invoices
- Capture all invoices and expense notes accurately in NSI and Irise
- Manage payment requests and ensure accuracy
- Conduct payment runs on the 5th and 20th of each month
- Check payment queries for accuracy and resolve issues related to exchange rates, sums, and banking details
- Maintain comprehensive communication internally and externally
- Meet targets set by management
- Ensure payments are set up on the correct bank account and verify with headquarters
