About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Riviera Suites Hotel in Cape Town. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional service and support to ensure an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to Guests at reception
- Prepare Reports
- Receipting
- Attend to Guests queries
- Liaise with Customer Support Centre

- Organised, ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) at all levels

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry in front office / reception
- Experience with banking administration
- Must be fluent in English
- Computer literate
