- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to consistently deliver exceptional service and maintain a spotless lodge.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and staff quarters to ensure adherence to our 5-star standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage supplies, and ensure efficient inventory control, coordinating with the procurement team as needed.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address guest needs and requests with professionalism and a personal touch, ensuring a warm and inviting stay for every visitor.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all housekeeping activities align with health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a 5-star lodge, luxury hotel, or high-end hospitality setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse housekeeping team.
- Effective communication and organizational abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work in a remote, natural environment and adapt to the demands of a lodge setting.
