Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Maintain HR documentation and accurately manage employee records.
  • Liaise with German applicants.
  • Assist with VISA applications.
  • Prepare HR reports and statistics.
  • Coordinate wellness days.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and the reconciliation of employee benefits.

Training and Development:

  • Assist with training arrangements.
  • Record CPD points.
  • Assist employees with professional registration.

Health and Safety (H&S):

  • Administer IOD claims.
  • Assist with H&S audit preparation.
  • Take minutes for the H&S committee.

Projects:

  • Assist with special projects on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in German is essential.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
