Job Summary
This is an opportunity for a high achieving individual who is passionate about managing and growing portfolios. This role includes working closely with management to provide beneficial insights – while being responsible for futuristic guidance on the investment portfolios of various stakeholders.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Portfolio analytics
- Portfolio construction
- Data retrieval
- Client report back presenting
- Interpreting report results
- Recalculating statistics manually
- Data interrogation
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree (FAIS)
- Or B. Com, Business science, B.Sc. (Math’s, Accounting, Statistics or equivalent)
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in investments in the financial services sector.
- R, Python, Matlab, Bloomberg advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
