A leading global provider of higher education in human performance and sports science is seeking an experienced IT Systems Operations Executive . This role supports international operations by managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and driving innovation in a fast-paced educational environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day system administration, server operations, and network management Implement and maintain IT security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery solutions Support and troubleshoot issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, Salesforce, and integrated systems Automate and optimise IT processes to improve efficiency Develop and enforce IT policies, manage projects, and support business continuity Minimum Requirements 3 years experience in IT systems administration or similar Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows, Salesforce, and networking Strong knowledge of firewalls, backups, and cybersecurity best practices Qualifications Essential: ITIL Foundation / CompTIA Network CompTIA Security / CISSP Microsoft Azure / Salesforce Administrator Certification Desirable: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar Salesforce App Builder / PRINCE2 / PMP Experience with Moodle LMS Advantageous Skills Familiarity with UX/UI principles Understanding of instructional design (ADDIE model) Awareness of digital accessibility standards What We Value Commitment to excellence Collaboration and teamwork Innovation and continuous improvement Application Notes Applicants must be eligible to work in South Africa Background checks and references may be required If you have not heard back within 3 weeks, your application was unsuccessful
