Are you passionate about service, detail, and creating unforgettable experiences for discerning guests? Our award-winning Luxury Safari Lodge is looking for a professional Butler to join our exceptional hospitality team.
As a Butler, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, ensuring every stay is seamless, personalized, and truly unforgettable. From anticipating guest needs to delivering five-star service, you’ll bring an air of elegance and professionalism to every interaction.
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing personalized, world-class service to each guest throughout their stay.
- Anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with discretion and attention to detail.
- Assisting with private dining, in-room services, and special requests.
- Coordinating with the lodge team to ensure every moment exceeds expectations.
- Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service etiquette.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Butler, Private Concierge, or in a similar five-star hospitality role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences with a warm, polished approach.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Professional training or certification (Butler/Concierge/Service) is an advantage.
