REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fast and Accurate data capturing skills
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Able to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 
DUTIES

  • Coordinate project tasks related to orders
  • Answer incoming enquiries from clients
  • Manage email orders, updates and changes
  • Coordinate between Production Manager, the Director and administration staff
  • Ensure a seamless flow of information from start of production to finished products
  • Organize and prioritize tasks, multi-tasking in all areas of administration duties
  • Supplier Invoices
  • Setting up payments for the Director
  • Gather feedback to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Update priorities throughout the day to address enquiries or emerging priorities
  • General office management
