• Meet with clients to discuss their requirements
• Create 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical specifications for process equipment.
• Select materials (stainless steel, hygienic finishes) and perform engineering calculations.
• Work with procurement, fabricators, and workshop teams to resolve design and manufacturing challenges.
• Support quality control, commissioning, installation, and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation (drawings, BOMs, revisions).
• Recommend improvements for cost, efficiency, and reliability.

 
Requirements
 

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years’ mechanical/design engineering experience, ideally in foodgrade or process equipment.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of piping, pressure vessels, fluid dynamics, welding standards, and hygienic design.
• Strong problemsolving, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with stainless steel systems, CIP, pasteurisation, and field support advantageous.
• Exposure to automation/controls will be an added benefit.
