About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office/Sales Administrator to join our team in Montana Recruitment’s Western Cape office. The successful candidate will provide professional front-line reception, efficient office administration, and accurate sales support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional front-line reception and communication with clients, Head Office, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, perform regular stock checks, and process orders received from the Sales Team
- Assist with quotes, follow-ups, and enquiries for External Sales Representatives and direct customers
- Perform monthly stock takes and submit reports to Head Office within the first week of each month
- Place orders when required and maintain stationery inventory
- Maintain company documents in both electronic and hard-copy formats
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, sales support, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
- Basic knowledge of stock management and inventory control
