About the Role
Hellokid is seeking an experienced and qualified Online English teacher to join our team. We started in 2014, providing one-on-one English teaching services to students aged 4-16 years old. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of teaching experience with any recognized teaching certificate (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA, etc.) and be available to work 4-6 days with at least 14 fixed hours between peak time 6:00pm-9:30pm Beijing time, including weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 English lessons with students aged 4-16 years old
- Provide lesson material and teach for 25 minutes per regular class
- Manage student progress and provide feedback
Requirements
- Minimum one year teaching experience with any Teaching Certificate (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA, etc.)
- Availability to work 4-6 days with at least 14 fixed hours between peak time 6:00pm-9:30pm Beijing time, including weekend hours
- Stable and high internet access with a minimum upload speed of 10Mbps and download speed of 30Mbps
Qualifications
- Completed Teaching Certificate (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA, etc.)
Salary & Benefits
- Class pay rate: $3.5-$6.0 USD per class, each class is paid for 25 minutes
- Payment method: through PayPal or Payoneer and monthly by the 25th
