REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Advanced Certificate/Degree in Marketing/Advertising or related field.
- Strong proficiency in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager. Ideally a minimum of three years’ experience.
- Expertise in campaign optimization techniques, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy adjustments.
- Must have the ability and a structured approach to work with multiple ad accounts at the same time.
- Must have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing and a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
DUTIES:
- Ensure effective campaign planning and execution, against set targets and budgets, with a clear focus on incremental sales and improving advertising performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making adjustments to improve cost efficiency and achieve optimal results.
- Test and implement new ad formats, platforms, or techniques to improve ROI and keep strategies innovative.
- Create detailed reports on campaign delivery, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize ad copy, visuals, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and placement.
- Create automated reporting tools or dashboards to streamline tracking and ensure transparency.
- Partner with web developers to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and align with campaign goals.
- Develop and implement paid social media strategies that align with business goals, increasing brand visibility and driving engagement.
- Integrate content strategies into paid campaigns to enhance audience targeting and engagement.
- Stay updated on trends and emerging platforms to ensure campaigns are relevant and competitive.

- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
