Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standard.
• Assist in menu development with fresh, creative ideas.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section, upholding strict hygiene standards.
• Support the Head Pastry Chef and collaborate with the wider kitchen team.
• Manage stock rotation, ingredient preparation, and daily mise-en-place.
• Train and mentor junior staff when required.
