Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality workmanship, and address any challenges.Client Liaison: Build relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Attend pre-start meetings and project sign-off.Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues, minimizing delays and ensure project timelines are met.Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control standards throughout all stages of the project.Team Leadership: Motivate and guide your team to achieve project goals, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.Ideal Candidate:Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Supervisor in the paving industry.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Commitment to safety and quality.Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.Willingness to travel extensively within Cape Town.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects.
