Your role will involve collaborating with architects, surveyors, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying and a track record of successful project delivery.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion
• Conduct technical investigations and studies
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSc / BEng).
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) with ECSA.
• Minimum of [5+] years’ experience in civil infrastructure design and project management.

• Proficient in engineering software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects within deadlines and budget.
