We are seeking a Project Leader to manage and deliver high-impact projects within a dynamic consulting environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure, ensures compliance with protocols, and delivers exceptional results on time and within budget.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage allocated projects from inception to completion
• Ensure adherence to cashflow and programme timelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and filing systems
• Oversee consultant and contractor appointments and performance
• Administer JBCC and NEC contracts
• Review and validate invoices, appointments, and additional fees
• Ensure compliance with processes and protocols
• Support Auditor General audits
• Escalate project issues promptly and ensure data integrity

Deliverables:

• Accurate, precise, and timely outputs
• Compliance with deadlines and quality standards

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

• Degree in Architecture
• Professional Registration as PrArch with SACAP

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years post-registration
• Strong background in the construction industry
• Experience in JBCC and NEC contract administration
• Financial administration experience
• Project/Programme Management experience (advantageous)

Key Competencies:

• Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, JBCC, and NEC
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
• Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols
• Ethical and goal-driven approach
