Job Description
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property maintenance or a related role
- Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance processes, and compliance standards
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems and relevant software tools
DUTIES
- Manage lease renewals and conduct rental negotiations
- Assign, track, and oversee maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution
- Supervise daily operations of Property & Facility Coordinators, maintenance staff, and cleaning teams
- Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to required standards
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of work delivered by service providers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and tasks
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on budget planning and vendor management
- Track and manage inventory usage and movements across properties
- Monitor and follow up on Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure compliance and timely execution
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
