Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage quality inspection processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Perform detailed inspections and approve rework using platforms such as Matis and Jira.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Mentor and supervise inspection staff, ensuring consistent application of quality practices.
- Maintain audit readiness and support both internal and external audits.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection, including rework approval using Matis and Jira.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 standards.
- Proven ability to manage inspection teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with digital inspection and reporting tools.
- Experience in a high-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Certification in Quality Management or ISO standards (advantageous).
