BASIC SALARY : R10 000 – R12 500.00
START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- 2 – 4 years of experience as a receptionist
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
DUTIES:
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to various departments (including data entry, filing, and document handling)
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare refreshments for meetings
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders when necessary
- Assist with staff communications and general office coordination
- Assist with processing online orders
- Capture online orders accurately and efficiently
HOURS:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 15:30
