Job Summary
Logging and tracking branch cash-up variances, documenting each step of the investigation and resolution process
Analysing cash-up variances to identify trends and root causes
Gathering revenue data and business insights to support reporting and decision-making
Sourcing and compiling data on an ad-hoc basis as required
Skills & Experience:
Exceptional planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills – able to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment, ensuring that high-priority items are addressed efficiently without compromising on quality
Skilled in interpreting statistical data and compiling actionable reports – capable of drawing insights from complex datasets to support business decisions and performance tracking
Proficient in interpreting financial and account information – understands key financial metrics and account structures, enabling accurate reporting, reconciliation, and variance analysis
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities – adept at identifying patterns, investigating discrepancies, and developing data-informed solutions to improve operational effectiveness
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and adherence to process – maintains high standards in data entry, reporting, and documentation to ensure reliability and compliance across all financial activities
Administrative strength – experienced in managing documentation, maintaining data integrity, and supporting audit and compliance requirements through well-organised, traceable records
Qualification:
Matric
Minimum 2+ years’ experience
