About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent customer service. If you have a proven track record in sales administration and a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise directly with customers on all assigned sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing of related operational/administrative requirements.
Consistently communicate with customers on the status of their sales orders (as required).
Proactively work with the Supply Chain Function to ensure that all sales order requirements are performed timely and accurately.
Maintain filing/records of relevant order documentation as per standard internal processes, ensuring that customer information remains current on internal systems.
Assist other internal Functions with various sales-related information requests.

Requirements

At least five years proven experience in similar sales administration roles.
Proven experience within an FMCG environment holding both sales and supply chain operations.
Proven capability in performing sales and/or administration operational requirements.
Computer literacy in Google Workspace and MS Suite is essential.
