Responsibilities:
1. Trading Operations:
? Execute crypto arbitrage trades, ensuring best execution practices to maximize returns.
? Monitor FX and cryptocurrency markets to identify arbitrage opportunities.
? Develop and implement trading strategies for arbitrage in the crypto markets.
2. Market Analysis:
? Conduct in-depth analysis of global FX and cryptocurrency markets, including economic indicators, market trends, and geopolitical events.
? Provide regular market updates and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
3. Client Relationship Management:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored trading solutions.
? Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing any queries and providing expert advice on crypto and FX trading.
4. Risk Management:
? Identify, monitor, and manage risks associated with arbitrage trading activities.
? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
5. Team Leadership:
? Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading systems and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor`s degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FX trading, with a proven track record of successful trading performance.
- Proficiency in trading platforms, risk management tools, and market analysis software.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed trading decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate market views and trading strategies clearly.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- In-depth understanding of FX market regulations and compliance requirements.
