Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide a professional, friendly first point of contact
- Manage bookings, appointments, and confirmations
- Handle payments, invoicing, and daily cash-up
- Coordinate therapist schedules and treatment rooms
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Promote spa services, products, and special offers
- Maintain reception area standards and client records
