Job Description
- Grade 12
- Proven experience with sales of parts for the motor vehicle sector
- Excellent knowledge of parts and electronic components of vehicles
- Proven people skills with communication and written skills in English and Afrikaans
- Must be computer literate
DUTIES
- Greet customers and responding to enquiries telephonically and face to face at the parts counters
- Provide product information and options
- Process quotations and closing of sales
- Manage and organize sales paperwork and process date requirement on the CRM inventory system
- Update customer and inventory databases
- Handle administrative tasks like stock receiving, and filing
- Assist in generating new business through networking and follow-up on client enquiries
Salary is negotiable, dependent on experience
