Key Responsibilities

Surface Preparation & Painting

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
• Apply spray paint and coatings using spray guns or other tools to achieve smooth, uniform finishes.
• Select and mix paint colors according to project specifications.

Quality & Standards

• Ensure all painted surfaces meet the highest standards of finish, consistency, and durability.
• Inspect work for defects and perform touch-ups as necessary.

Maintenance & Equipment

• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools.
• Store paints, solvents, and other materials safely in line with health and safety regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the Maintenance Manager.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines, including proper PPE usage and ventilation.
• Follow environmental and chemical handling regulations.

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with the engineering and maintenance team to support refurbishment and repair projects.
• Assist with other maintenance-related tasks as required to support smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spray Painter in a commercial, industrial, or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of paints, coatings, and finishing techniques.
• Understanding of safety procedures and proper use of protective equipment.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a Spray Painter or similar role, preferably in a hotel, industrial, or commercial setting.
