Key Responsibilities

• Process AIT applications and other client-related tax administration.
• Collect and review supporting documents to ensure SARS compliance.
• Provide feedback and follow up with clients on outstanding information.
• Submit applications to SARS accurately and within deadlines.
• Assist with Advance Payment Notifications (APN) via e-Filing.
• Support consultants with financial emigration, tax directives, and tax return submissions.
• Escalate complex queries when required.

Requirements

• Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach.
• Computer literate and comfortable with digital systems.
• SARS eFiling experience an advantage (training provided).
• No prior tax experience required — full training provided!
