We’re seeking a dedicated Waitron to join the Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be guest-focused, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent dining service.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Excellence
- Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all guests.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Dining Room Operations
- Set up, maintain, and clear tables according to hotel standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining areas at all times.
- Handle payments and process bills accurately.
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Support fellow team members during peak periods.
- Uphold hotel service standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
Standards & Compliance
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism, grooming, and guest etiquette at all times.
Requirements
- Previous waitering experience in a hotel or restaurant environment advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
- A proactive, guest-first attitude.
