Job Summary

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Inventory: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate the receipt, processing, and shipment of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods for quality, handle damaged goods, and maintain quality standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: manage the safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee warehouse staff, assign tasks, and manage workflows.
  • Data Management: maintain record-keeping, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Customer Service: Liaise with clients and handle inquiries related to orders and inventory

Any other ad hoc duties as required by management: 

  • Assisting with Online orders
  • Picking, Packing and Dispatching 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse administration or a related field.
  • Computer literate including MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook & Explorer, POS would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • MUST have a Valid driver`s license

  • Team leadership and supervision.
  • Data analysis and reporting.

Working hours:                 Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
2 x Saturday per month
