About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Western Cape. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our financial planners, managing client correspondence, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering meetings, general office administration, and handling client communications
- Assisting financial planners with servicing existing and new clients, including preparation of meeting documentation and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate records, updating spreadsheets, and filing documents
- Following up on client transactions, implementing new business, and being available for client queries
Requirements
- Grade 12 with a tertiary qualification an advantage
- Own vehicle, transport, and driver’s license required
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans is essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
