Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the scheduling and distribution of gas products within the assigned zone.
- Coordinate with drivers, delivery teams, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain real-time updates on operational activities and address any logistical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all activities.
- Analyse operational data to optimize routes and improve efficiency.
- Provide regular reports on zone performance and key metrics.
- Collaborate with other Zone Controllers and departments to maintain seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, or operational coordination.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
