Professional Architect or Interior Architect
Key Responsibilities
• Lead interior architecture projects from concept through to completion
• Develop design concepts, space planning, finishes, and detailing
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Oversee documentation and ensure alignment with project timelines and
quality standards
Excellent Design and technical skills
Understanding of Technical Drawings, construction and detailing.
Great communication skills with stakeholders and clients
Attend Site briefings
Strong Interior design understanding and designing
Work stages from
Experience throughout all work-stages of a project
Good understanding of design
Excellent administrative & English communication skills
Technologies
Proficient in Revit (Twin-motion experience is an advantage).
AutoCAD
Sketchup
Qualifications
National Diploma Architectural Studies or B-Tech in Architectural Studies
SACAP Registered as a Professional (bonus)
Experience
6 Years of Architectural experience as an Interior Architect
6 Years experience as Interior Designer
High End Residential Design,
Interior design
FF & E Design
High- End Residential Projects is a must
