• Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Business Administration (PDBA) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years experience within the sustainability, stakeholder relations and/or corporate affairs, ideally in the mining and metals industry, natural resources or heavy industry
• Demonstrated track record of stakeholder identification, mapping and engagement strategies
• Legal proficiency in relevant Mining and related legislation & regulations relating to Corporate Social Responsibility and global sustainability frameworks
• Established expertise in sustainability reporting, governance and compliance
