About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an Intermediate Java Developer to join our team in the Western Cape region. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for integrating new clients into our systems, developing and maintaining current systems, and enhancing functionality. Key Responsibilities
- Technical integration of new clients into systems
- Development testing, fixes, and maintenance on current systems
- Enhancements and new functionality design & development
- Query resolution (3rd line support)
- System security and audits
- Continuous improvement of development techniques and processes
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent training in software development, computer science, or engineering
- 2-6 years’ relevant development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java (Standard & Enterprise Editions, Spring Boot)
- SQL (MS SQL Server/Postgres)
- Development workflow tools: Eclipse/Netbeans IDEs, Maven, GIT
- Experience in continuous integration and testing environments
- Familiarity with OpenAPI protocols
