About the Role
As a Project Manager at Greys Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing airconditioning and refrigeration projects from quote requests to project completion. You will work closely with clients, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. If you have strong leadership and communication skills, and are familiar with project management best practices, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all AC & refrigeration quote requests and follow up with clients
- Conduct site visits or review drawings to determine project scope
- Prepare pricing and quotations, and convert approved quotes into job cards
- Coordinate 7 technicians, timelines, and site activities
- Conduct site inspections, ensure quality control, and manage snag lists
- Manage invoicing, project costing, and issue commissioning sheets/COCs
- Oversee recurring service jobs and ensure proper documentation
- Compile material lists and coordinate with suppliers
- Enforce safety, HSE compliance, and manage insurance inspections
- Maintain accurate project, service, and commissioning records
- Manage client communication, including WhatsApp groups
Requirements
- Minimum 6–10 years’ experience in airconditioning & refrigeration project management
- Fully hands-on with strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to guide technicians telephonically or on-site for technical queries
- Knowledge of basic Excel and formulas
- Must be able to attend site visits and occasionally respond after hours/weekends
