About the Role
Compass Medical Waste Services is seeking a creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will support the creation and implementation of high-quality visual content across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create digital and print-ready artwork for campaigns, social media, brochures, and promotional materials
- Capture and edit compelling video content
- Produce short clips, testimonials, product explainers, and campaign visuals
- Assist with content planning and development
- Manage marketing assets and ensure organised storage of visuals
- Assist with the rollout of marketing campaigns
- Support social media content creation and scheduling
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- A strong eye for branding, layout, and visual consistency
- Solid experience in video editing and photography
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity, initiative, and a proactive mindset
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.) are not specified as requirements.
