Assistant Manager 5-Star Boutique Lodge | Madikwe Game Reserve
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager for a luxury boutique lodge located in the stunning Madikwe Game Reserve. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, guest-focused professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for high-end hospitality.
Position Requirements:

Strong Administrative Skills: Previous experience in reservations administration with excellent attention to detail

Guest Interaction: Confident and professional in dealing with high-end clientele, delivering warm and discreet service
-
Supportive Leadership: Capable of overseeing lodge operations in the absence of the Lodge Manager
-
Guest Hosting: Comfortable hosting guests every other night, contributing to a world-class lodge experience
Package Details:

Salary: R12,000 per month
-
Work Cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Accommodation: Private, well-appointed on-site house provided
