Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Sift all disciplinary cases at sources and allocate cases as per the company disciplinary code. Manage and monitor work output of company representatives as per case priorities. Deal with and issue final written warnings Ratify suspensions with pay in liaison with HR Manager and Legal Advisor. Solicit all required documentation in respect of cases. Set dates with Presiding Officers and furnish same with all required documentation. Officially summon and ensure attendance of all witnesses. Ensure all cases are finalized within the determined time frames. Notify and caution line management of delays. Maintain a record of cases progress and outcomes. Report unnecessary delays to appropriate line management When applying, ensure your CV is in WORD of PDF format, and not scanned .
