Job Summary

SHEQ & Admin Officer is Required by a Manufacturing Company in Boksburg.Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a mid-level role, including tasks such as digital and hard-copy record management, e-archiving, disposing of records in accordance with retention policies.Experience in designing and delivering training programs, including contractor and new staff SHEQ inductions, toolbox talks, and other sessions as needed.Capability to manage staff training and competency needs, including arranging necessary training sessions.Familiarity with Health and Safety practices, policies, and conducting inspections.Competence in incident and accident investigation, including root cause analysis.Expertise in performing risk assessments and implementing corrective actions.Strong understanding of quality management principles, including document and record traceability, procedure compliance, and the ability to chair customer and departmental audits.Experience with OneDrive or other cloud-based storage systems.Qualifications in Health & Safety, Environmental, or Quality management are advantageous.Please send detailed CV in Word Format, stipulating last salary and reason for leaving last Montana Recruitment
