What Youll Do: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings Manage a portfolio of loan holders and assist with collection efforts Handle client queries, complaints, and requests efficiently Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with administrative tasks Keep track of office supplies, invoices, and corporate card purchases What You Need: A diploma/degree or relevant experience in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software, and SharePoint
