Production Supervisor (Process)

Job Summary
Hire resolve`s Client is currently looking for a Production Supervisor (Process) to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape. As a Production Supervisor you will oversee the production facility and make sure all operations are functioning efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and safety
- Monitor and optimize process performance to meet production targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Supervise and coordinate plant operators and maintenance teams
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain equipment reliability
- Report on production data and key performance indicators
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and logistics
- Train and mentor staff to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- First Line Supervision Certificate
- 5 years` experience in operational production processes.
- 3 years` experience as a supervisor.
- 2 years` operational crushing experience.
- Valid Driver`s License
