Reception
Duties:
Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and couriers. Maintain a neat and organised reception area. Internal Sales Support: Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate information. Process customer quotes, sales orders, and invoices. Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Assist in preparing and following up on sales reports and targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Key
Requirements:
Matric Certificate essential Additional sales or administrative training/certifications will be beneficial. Experience in the steel/ roofing or construction industry (preferred). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal sales or receptionist roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with sales/order processing systems (advantageous). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Customer service-oriented.
