Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight on business operations and financial services.
- Oversee risk management strategies and ensure effective implementation across the business.
- Act as the key point of contact for regulators, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and ensure the company adheres to all legal, ethical, and financial guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- RE5 / RE1
- Professional certifications (e.g., FSB Key Individual, CFP, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Key Individual, Compliance Officer, or in a senior regulatory role within the financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance processes.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
