Job Summary
Responsibilities:
â â Provide a warm welcome and assistance to guests during night hours â â Handle late check-ins and early departures efficiently â â Assist with guest requests, orders, turndowns, and luggage handling â â Maintain security and safety standards throughout the night â â Carry out light housekeeping and setup tasks for morning operations â â Monitor hotel premises and follow security procedures â â Liaise with the front of house team to ensure a seamless guest experiences Remuneration: Market related
Requirements:
Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented. Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle late-night responsibilities Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
