Key Performance Areas: Content Creation: Research, gather information, and conduct client interviews Write and edit content based on client briefs and relevant reporting frameworks Collaborate with clients to ensure content aligns with best practices Thought Leadership: Engage in research and training to enhance company knowledge and reputation Sales and Upselling: Assist in developing new products and services Administration: Adhere to workflow and administrative processes Company Initiatives: Contribute to company culture and participate in initiatives Essential Competencies: Performance: Efficiently manage tasks, prioritise work, and ensure attention to detail Understand the financial impact of decisions Behavioral: Exhibit responsibility, drive for excellence, and maintain a client-centric approach Job-Specific: Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and manage relationships Qualifications and Specifications: Education: Bachelors degree Experience: Minimum of three years in report writing with advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Advantageous: Business management qualifications, experience with integrated reports, knowledge of Framework, GRI Standards, and King IV, and financial industry experience
